Shipping Information
We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.
Shipping Options:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipping
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipping
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Our Easy Returns & Exchanges Process
We want your family to love every purchase from our collection of apparel, accessories, and kids’ clothing. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how to return or exchange items:
Return Policy Details:
- Return Window: 15 days from receipt of order
- Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging
- Proof of Purchase: Required for all returns
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on hair accessories, jewelry & lapel pins, and kid/infant accessories unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Return or Exchange:

- Provide Details: Include your order number, items for return, and reason (use our template below)
- Receive Instructions: We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and return address
- Ship Your Return: Package items securely with original packaging and ship to our address
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days):
- Approval Notification: We’ll email you about your refund status
- Refund Method: Processed to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing Time: 5-10 business days after approval (depending on your payment provider)
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Exchanges:
We’re happy to exchange items for different sizes or colors (subject to availability). Follow the same return process and indicate you’d like an exchange. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the original.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free return and send a replacement at no additional cost.
