At Clothing Discounts, we want you and your family to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our quality apparel and accessories. If for any reason you’re not happy, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Note on Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on hair accessories, jewelry & lapel pins, and kid/infant accessories unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order details and reason for return/exchange (use our template below)
- We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and instructions
- Package your return securely with the original packaging
- Ship your return to our address (you’ll receive this in your return instructions)
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3-5 business days), we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refund method: Your refund will be processed to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing time: 5-10 business days after approval (depending on your payment provider)
- Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Follow the same return process above and indicate you’d like an exchange. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the original.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your family’s apparel arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a free return and send a replacement at no additional cost.
